Continuing Samsung’s tradition of updating the user interface for its Smart TVs, Samsung has announced an updated Smart Hub interface for its 2016 Smart TVs.
The Smart Hub tries to make content more accessible along with its new Smart Control remote. Smart Hub tries to integrate data from multiple content sources and devices and can seamlessly switch between broadcast content, OTT content, gaming consoles and Blu-ray players. The UI also makes searching content easier and has the option to customise Smart Hub to showcase favourite content right on its home screen.
As far as Smart Control remote is concerned, it’s a universal remote control that’s built on the Tizen platform and can immediately recognise connected devices.
