A new Samsung phone has received the FCC certification. The S3650 looks to be another budget touchscreen offering that will feature a 2.8-inch 262K LCD touchscreen, TouchWiz UI, Quad-band GSM/EDGE support, Bluetooth v2.1+EDR, FM Radio with RDS, music player, 2MP camera fixed focus camera and microSD slot.
After gaining the FCC certification, the T659 codenamed Scarlet for T-Mobile has been caught in the wild that looks pretty mediocre, to say the least. FCC, famous for its phone leaks have leaked Samsung’s GT-B5100 while it was on a visit. The phone possibly looks Symbian powered (look at the Symbian menu key) and has a 3MP camera with flash, front camera, HSDPA, QVGA display, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
