Samsung has added a new phone to their portfolio with the SPH-V9850 which will be available to the LG Telecom users. It has a 2 mega pixel camera, picsel viewer, bluetooth and many other features. The caller is charged with landline rates if the user is within the specific access point which is done by the Bluetooth.
