From this month, Russian market will see a new entry level phone from Samsung. The slim budget phone, C170 measures 8.9mm in thickness, features FM Radio, GPRS, loudspeaker, CSTN display and a phonebook memory of 500. The phone has a talk time of 2.5 hours whereas 270 hours in standby mode. Price: 3000 Rubles or $116.
