Samsung’s latest entrant in the music player segment is the YP-S5 which undoubtedly is more than a PMP. Though it resembles its predecessor, YP-K5, this one goes a step further. Supports the usual formats like MP3, AAC and WMA for music, MPEG-4 for videos and JPEG for images. There’s a 1.8″ OLED screen, touch-sensitive controls, Bluetooth 1.2 to hook up a wireless headset, FM Radio and a Voice recorder. It also has the ability to play flash based games and integrates a RSS reader.
The available capacities are 2GB and 4GB which will retail at $185 and $217 respectively.
