Samsung will be showcasing an upgraded version of its TouchWiz UI at the Mobile World Congress. The TouchWiz UI looks to add 3D transition effects and is touted to be the next step in the UI evolution. Apart from this, there will be downloadable widgets that can be placed anywhere on the screen for quick access, haptic feedback and photo contact function.

One of the first phones to feature the new TouchWiz is S8300 which was also announced today.
