We already know Samsung is looking to bolster the mobile phone market with touchscreen devices and one thing that will give them an edge over others is the integration of OLED screens. Samsung confirmed to ETnews that most of the touchscreen phones will feature AMOLED displays because of its advantages like better picture quality, preserves phone’s battery and are thinner than LCDs.
The first touchscreen phone with AMOLED to be launched this year was S8300.
