please could you please send us proper service manuals for lcds and plasma screens as when people spend over £1000 on a screen they do expect a proper backup service and maintenance centre where they can take there screens for repair/service and there should be a sencible price on parts and not the trend that when you buy a screen and it goes faulty you are forced to buy another !no this is not on so make sure any product sold has a proper back up from yourselves or this situation will be forwarded to the british gopverment level to persue this further, regards salman
