The date for Samsung’s Rogue and Intensity has been set. According to the leaked docs, both the phones will be launched on September 8, which means the official announcement is in order any moment. Users seeking a cheap messaging phone can opt for Intensity (U450). For $29.99 with 2-year contract ($199.99 full retail), a user will get full QWERTY keyboard, 2.1-inch display, 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth, microSD slot and few Verizon services.
On the other hand, Rogue (U960) will be a mid-range messaging phone loaded with features. It will be the first Verizon handset to feature a 3.1-inch AMOLED screen (480×800) and have a full sliding QWERTY keyboard, 3MP camera, TouchWiz UI, EVDO Rev A, 3.5mm headphone jack, up to 16GB microSD support, Bluetooth, Visual Voicemail and Verizon apps.
Rogue will sell for $99.99 with 2-year contract after $100 rebate (full retail cost $419.99).
