Despite Samsung’s portfolio boasting different netbook offerings, its maiden netbook is still registering some good sales. The Korean giant today announced that the NC10 netbook has now surpassed the sales figure of 1.5m units in a short period of just one year. NC10 was introduced in September last year and it reached 1m units in May this year.
To commemorate the global sales, Samsung also announced an NC10 Special Edition for a special price in South Korea. For 599,000 Won ($500) user gets all the benefits of the netbook like 10.1-inch display, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Bluetooth etc.
