AT&T Corp. today filed a lawsuit against Samsung and other LCD manufacturers for allegedly fixing the price in the LCD market. The lawsuit includes Samsung, LG Display, AU Optronics, Sharp etc. charging them to run a long-term conspiracy to fix, raise and maintain high LCD panel prices.
The compensation charges are not revealed but AT&T says to have bought 300 million mobile wireless handsets during the conspiracy period.
