There’s an Omnia for everyone in Korea

Samsung Omnia range for South Korea

 

Except for unlocked, most of us would find Omnia devices being sold on a single operator. However, in its home market, Samsung has for the first time, mass released different Omnia devices for different operators. SKT will sell T*Omnia II (M710/M715) and Omnia Pop (M720), KT will sell SHOW Omnia (M8400) and Omnia Pop (M7200) and LGT will satisfy its consumers with OZ Omnia (M7350).

In addition to targeting business users, the latest Omnia range will also go for the young consumers with the integration of powerful multimedia features. All the phones are equipped with Haptic UI 2.0, 3D Cube menu and motion detection with Motion UI.

T*Omnia II features, SHOW Omnia and OZ Omnia sport a large 3.7-inch AMOLED touchscreen display (800×480), 800MHz CPU speed, 5MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, large internal memory and external memory up to 16GB. Additionally, the SHOW Omnia supports 3G WCDMA, Wi-Fi and WiBro connectivity.

The Omnia Pop on the other hand, is an entry-level Omnia handset with 3-inch WQVGA LCD, 3MP camera, T-DMB, music player and more.
