The U.S. International Trade Commission has finally given the decision regarding the impending Samsung-Sharp LCD patent infringement case. The ruling says the Korean company has indeed infringed on Sharp’s four LCD related patents and will need to stop selling the infringed products in the States.
While Sharp seems ecstatic about the verdict, Samsung is unperturbed. They claim it won’t affect their business or market demand.
