Says who? The mobile wizard from Mobile-Review who has an access to almost every phone on this globe, be it released or not. Eldar claims to have used the Galaxy2 and according to him, it is slated for a second quarter 2010 release.
Though he did not publish any picture, he did spill some of its features like a 4-inch r-resistive AMOLED touchscreen display, Android OS 2.1, 32GB internal memory and some Samsung services.
Now only if Eldar or someone else could publish an image…
