Another quarter comes to an end and Samsung is quick to provide an earnings guidance, a move to lessen speculation in the market as well as provide an estimation of what to expect. The quarter ended Dec 31 registered consolidated revenue of about 40 trillion won and operating profit of about 3.7 million won. If we’re considering this guidance to previous quarter’s reported earnings, then the consolidated revenues see an increase whereas operating profit bit south.
Samsung expects the consolidated full year revenue to end at 136.05 trillion won and operating profit at 10.92 trillion won.
