UPDATE: I9000 is not a WinMo device but an Android – Galaxy S.

A new Samsung device has received an interoperability certificate from the Wi-Fi authorities. The phone is GT-I9000 and unfortunately we do not have any other details right now, it’s confirmed to support 802.11b/g Wi-Fi. If we were to make some wild guesses, this could be successor to Omnia II (considering its model number) and probably run Windows Phone 7 OS.
