CTIA today announced the winners of its fifth annual E-Tech awards. Samsung managed to take away three awards, including the Best in Show by Moment. To quickly recap, Moment is Samsung’s Android device for Sprint and features a 3.2-inch AMOLED screen, sliding QWERTY keyboard, 800MHz CPU, Wi-Fi, 3.2MP camera, GPS and microSD card slot.
Furthermore, Samsung’s I8520 Beam picked up the best phone/smartphone while Samsung’s 3G Ubicell came in third under the network infrastructure category.
