Samsung and Verizon have officially announced the Reality (SCH-U820). It’s an entry-level touchscreen phone with a physical sliding QWERTY keyboard aimed at avid text messaging and social networking users.
Samsung Reality includes a 3-inch WQVGA (240×400) touchscreen display, 3.2MP camera, full HTML web browser, Bluetooth, Microsoft Exchange mail support, microSD card slot (up to 16GB) and support for Verizon services like VZ Navigator, Visual Voice Mail etc.
Reality will be available in two color options – Piano Black and City Red (pictured) from April 22 for $79.99 on a 2-year contract and $50 mail-in rebate.
