Samsung had promised to launch their first bada phone by end of May and now they’ve announced the retail availability for Germany. Samsung’s Wave (S8500) is currently selling in the German market for 429 Euros.
Wave is a power packed phone featuring a 1GHz CPU, 3.3-inch Super AMOLED display with WVGA resolution, TouchWiz 3.0 UI, 5MP camera with HD video recording, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11n, FM Radio, A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, out-of-the-box DivX/Xvid support and microSD card slot.
To commemorate the launch, Samsung is also holdin a live Summer Wave musical show where artists like Jennifer Braun, Fadi Maalouf, Spirit of Soul will perform.
The show will be held on May 30 at King Kamehameha Beach Club from 2PM.
Looks like a promising phone, especially for 429. Does anyone know when it comes to the Netherlands?
