Samsung Wave

It’s no surprise that Samsung is bullish on their bada platform. Back in February before Wave’s launch they had a goal to shift about 10m Wave units and now PocketGamer is claiming that Samsung is expecting to ship around 15m bada devices this year and reach a sales figure of whopping 50m units by end of next year.

We’re not sure if they’ll achieve their expected goals but it does seem they’ll need the help of developers, which is why they’re tying up with Ideaworks who’ll integrate SamsungApps support in their Airplay SDK.

Airplay allows developers to create apps and deploy across many platforms.
