AT&T has just made their variant of Galaxy S official and it looks totally different than the international version. Its known as the Captivate and despite the design and the name change, it keeps all the noteworthy features like 1GHz Hummingbird processor, HSDPA, 4-inch Super AMOLED screen, Social Hub, 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 3.0, DLNA, 3.5mm headphone jack, 16GB internal memory, GPS and microSD slot. The phone will also come with a bunch of AT&T services.
AT&T has not set the price or availability date but it plans to launch in “coming months”.
