Samsung USA unveiled all the Galaxy S versions at an event yesterday and also confirmed to spend big bucks marketing them. Paul Golden, CMO of Samsung North America told that their marketing budget “would be comparable to the heavy advertising a major U.S. carrier would typically spend on one of their flagship devices.”
Galaxy S is the best smartphone created by Samsung till date and has all the elements to compete Apple’s iPhone. Another reason that Galaxy S could gobble up some market share in US is that it will be available with every major carrier.
AT&T will sell the device as Captivate; T-Mobile as Vibrant; Verizon as Fascinate; and Sprint as Epic 4G. U.S. Cellular and Cellular South will also get the device.
