Samsung has announced that the European Samsung Apps store has passed the 10 million download mark. Samsung Apps was launched in September 2009 in selected European countries and has seen unprecedented growth, allowing Samsung to expand the store to 109 countries worldwide, including 34 in Europe.
The top 3 apps downloaded in the European store are Need for Speed: Shift racing game, Magic Torch that transforms the phone into a flashlight and My Mirror transforming the phone’s screen into a mirror.
Samsung has promised to expand Samsung Apps to other smartphones in the near future.
