Samsung shows off 7-inch WSVGA AMOLED display

November 10, 2010 By kunal Leave a Comment

7-inch WSVGA AMOLED Display

As we had expected, Samsung is showing off many display technologies at the FPD International expo in Japan but the 7-inch display that we assumed was Super AMOLED with WXVGA resolution turns out to be an AMOLED one with WSVGA (1024×600) resolution.

The display appears to be a regular AMOLED screen considering Samsung hasn’t explicitly mentioned “Super AMOLED.” As for the resolution, it matches with the current-gen Galaxy Tab.
