Android 2.2 tweet

While Galaxy S users in most regions are enjoying the Android 2.2 update, Galaxy S users in US are still waiting despite Samsung USA promising it to release by end of 2010. However, here’s some good news. Samsung USA’s official twitter account has confirmed that they’re working to bring the Froyo update to all Galaxy S owners “as soon as possible” but failed to confirm the exact release.

Samsung today announced that they’ve sold more than 10m units of Galaxy S worldwide, including 4m from the United States.
