Samsung 4G LTE Hotspot (SCH-LC11)

Samsung has announced a 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot (SCH-LC11) for Verizon subscribers. Verizon users will be able to create their own Wi-Fi hotstpots using Verizon’s LTE network and allow up to five Wi-Fi devices to get connected.

The dual-mode LTE modem promises to give download speeds ranging from 5Mbps to 12Mbps whereas the upload is pegged in between 2 to 5Mbps. It is also backward compatible, which means in case of an unavailability of a 4G network, users can still surf the internet on 3G.
