Samsung has announced the pre-order date for its Galaxy Player (YP-GB1) for the South Korean market. Interested users will be able to pre-order the Android-running PMP from February 4 till February 7. The player will be available from mid-February in 8GB and 16GB variants at a price of 399,000 won and 459,000 won respectively.
To rehash, Samsung’s YP-GB1 is inspired from its own Galaxy S smartphone and features 4-inch Super LCD screen, 1GHz CPU, 3.2MP camera, front-facing video camera, T-DMB, GPS, HD video playback, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microSD card slot and 1200mAh battery.
Any news about a release and price in Europe (Germany) ?
Turin: Not yet. But I expect it to be soon after the Korean launch.

i am eagerly waiting for the launch of this new version of samsung player in India.I although expected this player with super amoled display as I already have & enjoying Galaxy S I9000 mobile set.
