After clarifying Galaxy Tab’s “smooth sales,” Samsung is back again trying to clear out the muddle surrounding Galaxy Tab’s return rates. Early this week, an American research firm claimed Galaxy Tab’s return rate in North America was as high as 16 percent but Samsung says the data they got from its Mobile Communications business claims Galaxy Tab’s return rate is just below 2 percent.

Samsung’s data holds more credence here as their claim is based on the internal data as compared to research firm’s who tracked data from various retail stores.
