New specs of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S aka Siene has come to light. Both Tweakers and Samfirmware got the info from their respective trusted sources who claim that the new slim Galaxy S device will sport a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display along with Android 2.3 OS, Orion dual-core processor, NFC, 8MP camera with LED flash, 1.3MP front-facing camera, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and microSD card support up to 32GB.
Display is the only thing where it contradicts with the previous rumor of 4.3-inches.
Samsung will reveal the new device on Feb 13 at Mobile World Congress.

If this does have the Orion, I think anyone who ordered an LG Optimus is going to be feeling a bit sick come the 13th.
