Samsung has announced its new point-and shoot digital camera for South Korea. The SH100 is Samsung’s another Wi-Fi-enabled digital camera that will allow users to upload their images directly to YouTube, Facebook, Picasa, Cyworld, Me2day or even e-mail them.
A new unique feature that comes with the camera is the ability to take pictures via a smartphone. Users can use their Galaxy S device to download the Remote Viewfinder app and control the camera.
As for its camera prowess, SH100 can take pictures to up to 14.2MP resolution, 26mm wide-angle lens, 5x optical zoom, 3-inch touchscreen display, 720p HD video recording and playback, SoundAlive and different picture modes.
The camera will sell in three colors – Black, Silver, Red for 289,000 won.
