It seems Samsung is aiming to please tablet consumers with different display sizes. Yonhapnews reports that Samsung will reveal an 8.9-inch Android-based tablet next month. Although there’s no confirmation about which Android version the tablet will run, we can assume it will be powered by Google’s Honeycomb OS (Android 3.0).
The tablet is expected to reach “as early as next month” globally via mobile operators.
Samsung has different Android devices with different display sizes like Galaxy S and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 (4-inch), Verizon LTE phone and Galaxy S II (4.3-inch), Infuse 4G (4.5-inch), Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 (5-inch), Galaxy Tab (7-inch) and Galaxy Tab 10.1 (10.1-inch).

7.5″ or 8.0″ would make more sense, its half way between 5 & 10
Galaxy Tab Accessory says
8.9″ Tab Not a good idea. Will make too many Galaxy Tabs competing against each other, instead of against Apple iPad.

The size I have been waiting for not too big, not too small PERFECT
