T-Mobile today introduced a new phone developed by Samsung. Dubbed as Sidekick 4G, the phone is successor of T-Mobile’s successful Sidekick series. Sidekick 4G is targeted at avid texters that features a five-row QWERTY keyboard revealed via “pop-tilt” hinge, Group Text and Cloud Text that allows users to send messages to friends from PC or Sidekick 4G.
Other features include a 3.5-inch touchscreen display, 1GHz Hummingbird processor, Android 2.2 OS, 4G network support, pre-loaded Facebook and Twitter apps, 3MP main camera with front-facing VGA cam, Android Market access and T-Mobile DriveSmart support.
Sidekick 4G will be available later this spring in matte black and pearl magenta.
