Samsung has released a firmware update for NX100 and NX10 digital cameras that claims to give a unified user experience, in line with the whole NX digital camera range. The firmware upgrade will now add a new Panorama Shot feature under the scene mode to allow users to capture landscape images with the help of NX camera’s wide-angle lens.
Additionally, the cameras will also gain improved movie auto-focus, enhanced contrast auto-focus and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) when used with 50-200mm II lens.
We continually look for ways to improve the photography experience, to make it more fun and add value for our customers. The latest upgrade is reflective of this. Users of the NX system already benefit from key features such as compact portability of the devices, and innovations like the i-Function lens. Through ongoing developments, we hope to offer even more to enable photographers of all levels to get the best results and professional-looking pictures every time. We look forward to announcing a number of additional developments in the future to make the NX range even easier for our customers to use.
