April 22, 2011 By kunal 2 Comments

As hinted previously, Samsung has sued Apple over 10 patent infringements in different countries. Samsung has filed a lawsuit citing 5 patent infringements in South Korea, another suit in Tokyo, Japan for two patent infringements and another one in Mannheim, Germany for 3 patent infringements.

There are no intrinsic details about the infringed patents at the moment.

UPDATE: Samsung has sued Apple for infringing patents related to wireless data communications, power controls and data transmissions that are used in iPhone and iPad. Via

UPDATE 2: Samsung is also planning to countersue Apple in United States after they successfully tackle Apple’s allegations.
