At the launch event in South Korea today, Samsung’s JK Shin said that they plan to sell more than 10m units of the Galaxy S II in 2011. The milestone may look distant for now but Samsung has managed to achieve a similar milestone for Galaxy S in the past and I don’t see a reason why they won’t be able to do it considering the hype and rave reviews the phone has been getting.
As for the original Galaxy S, Samsung has sold over 14m units since its launch in June.
