Samsung Infuse 4G that was first unveiled at the CES this year has finally got a release date. AT&T will start selling the phone from May 15 at a price of $199.99 on contract. Samsung’s Infuse 4G is spec’d superiorly than Galaxy S but falls short on some aspects when compared to Galaxy S II.
The 8.99mm Infuse 4G supports AT&T’s fast 4G network and comes with a 1.2GHz CPU, Android 2.2 OS, 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 8MP camera with 720p HD video recording, 1.3MP front-facing camera and microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB.
On the software front, the Infuse 4G is equipped with Samsung’s Media Hub, few AT&T apps and an exclusive version of Angry Birds.
