Looks like Indian Galaxy S users have started receiving the impending Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) update for their devices. The DDJV6 update will upgrade the Galaxy S to Android 2.3.3 bringing a lot of improvements and bug fixes.
The update can be found on Kies or you can wait before someone uploads the firmware file that can be flashed via Odin.
