After having a glimpse at Galaxy S II’s I9101 variant, we’ve got the first hardware details of the device. The info comes by way of GSMArena who spotted couple of images posted on Samsung Mobile Singapore’s Facebook page.
GSMArena speculates the ARMv7 processor mentioned in the screenshot is TI’s OMAP4430 but I assume to be different (perhaps, Hummingbird?). Other revealed specs are the WVGA display, 1GB RAM, Android 2.3.3 OS and PowerVR SGX540 GPU.
The Facebook page does mention that this device was a prototype unit and the final specs could be different.
