sgt-update

Google had promised to release the Honeycomb 3.1 update for Galaxy Tab 10.1 Google I/O Edition in few weeks and the new report by Androidcommunity suggests that the latest Honeycomb 3.1 is rolling out to the lucky lot.

The OTA update will bring resizable widgets, USB host, movie rental and music support and much more. Users will need to login with their Samsung account and check for updates.

Rooted Galaxy Tabs will still have the device’s root intact after the update.
