Samsung to come out with a cloud-based service?

June 16, 2011 By kunal Leave a Comment

Samsung is apparently working on a cloud-based service of its own to rival Apple’s recently announced iCloud. The service purportedly will be known as Web Centry and is expected to be released in September.

The cloud service will allow consumers to download and upload content to their smartphones as well as tablets. Another advantage according to ETNews is that the service will also support Samsung’s Smart TV and will add a mobile office suite, to tap B2B customers.

Of course, all this is unconfirmed at the moment but the news coming from a credible site adds some weight to Samsung cloud storage plans.

Source, Thanks samboy!
