It seems Apple is on the offensive after Samsung was denied access to iPhone 5 and iPad 3 in United States. The iPad maker has taken the courtroom battle to Samsung’s home turf by filing a lawsuit in South Korea claiming Samsung to infringe number of patents.
This is Apple’s first reply to Samsung outside United States as compared to Samsung who had already sued Apple in courts of Japan, Germany and South Korea.
The details about the infringed patents is not known.
