It seems Samsung will reveal a new Galaxy device at the IFA expo in September. According to this report, Samsung is apparently preparing Galaxy Q that will have a 5.3-inch display. The device will be positioned in between a phone and a tablet.

Currently, Infuse 4G is the biggest smartphone Samsung sells and the smallest tablet is the 7-inch Galaxy Tab.

Complete specs are a mystery but Galaxy Q could have a Super AMOLED Plus display along with 3G connectivity and possibly, LTE.
