Samsung has reportedly agreed not to sell Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia until the lawsuit with Apple is resolved, according to Bloomberg Businessweek. As per the agreement reached by lawyers of both the parties, Samsung will withdraw advertising as well as sales of Galaxy Tab 10.1 until Samsung gets the official nod from the court. The agreement also says that if Apple loses the case, Apple will pay Samsung for the damages, however the extent of the damage wasn’t revealed.

As for now, Samsung has provided Apple with three units of Australian Galaxy Tab 10.1 whereas the judge will review the status of the case on Aug 29 to check if a trial is necessary.
