USITC last week announced to investigate Samsung’s complaint against Apple and now they’ve confirmed to investigate Samsung on a complaint by Apple. Apple claims few Samsung devices infringe on their patents and has requested ITC to issue an exclusion as well as cease and desist orders for the infringed products.
Understandably, the investigation of the case will be assigned to one of Administrative Law Judges who’ll make an initial determination, which will then be reviewed by the Commission.
