Hot on the heels of the European injunction, news comes that Samsung will sue Apple in the Dutch court. Netherlands is the only country where the injunction does not apply. According to Webwereld the proceedings for Samsung’s case will start from August 17.
Meanwhile, the site also reports that Apple is seeking a ban on Samsung products. Apple will apparently file an injunction motion for Galaxy Tab tomorrow and Galaxy S the day after.
FU apple let us live with samsung phones in europe!
This only shows that Apple is very much afraid of Samsung clear and simple… Apple is way behind in the European market… hahaha

Please go to see the following link about Nvidia CEO show off his tablet prototype, dated November 9th 2009, ( ipad launched at year Jan-2010 ), ipad is similar than it, both with bold & black colour edge & round shape corners, May be ipad design is copy form it, or can we say, galaxy tab isn’t copy from ipad, bcs when ipad born into world, already have such design from Nivdia, Sorry my eng. isn’t good.
