Samsung to push back Galaxy Tab 10.1 launch in Australia

Samsung has agreed to delay the launch of Galaxy Tab 10.1 to last week of September in Australia. The decision came at an interlocutory hearing in the Federal Court where Samsung said it would not launch the tablet until the last week of September and will notify Apple 48 hours prior to the launch.

The court has set another hearing date in the last week of September whereas Samsung has confirmed that they’ll file a cross-claim against Apple’s iPad for various infringements.

Via, Thanks Dylan!
