Samsung has fixed the availability and the pricing of its latest bada 2.0-running phones for Russia. The flagship Wave 3 will be available in Russia from November whereas Wave M and Wave Y will start selling by end of this year.
All phones are pre-loaded with Yandex services allowing users to use Yandex Maps, Mail etc. and runs bada 2.0 OS that brings in some new features like multitasking, Wi-Fi Direct support, Social Hub, Music Hub and ChatON messaging service.
On the hardware front, Wave 3 comes with a 1.4GHz processor, 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 5MP camera, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 14.4Mbps HSDPA and 1500mAh battery.
Wave M features 7.2Mbps HSDPA support, 3.65-inch HVGA display, 5MP camera, NFC (optional), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 1350mAh battery.
Wave Y is the cheapest of the lot that comes with 3.2-inch HVGA display, 2MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 1200mAh battery.
Wave 3 will be an MTS exclusive for 16,990 rubles whereas Wave M and Wave Y will be available via Euroset for 9,990 rubles and 6,490 rubles respectively. Expect the phones in early 2012 without the exclusivity.
