The Federal court in Sydney today approved Samsung’s request to put the case on fast-track. Although no date has been set, the expedited case shall begin soon and there’s a chance Samsung might be able to overturn the initial injunction ban to make it in time for the important holiday season.
Earlier this month, the Australian court on the basis of Apple-owned patent infringements had granted an injunction against the launch and sales of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia.
