Samsung won’t be able to block the launch of iPhone 4S in Italy as the court in Milan has denied Samsung’s appeal for the same. Samsung claimed iPhone 4S infringed two of its patents but court reckoned the claims weren’t enough to stop the launch of iPhone 4S.
However, good thing is that the court has agreed to hear the case and have requested both Samsung and Apple to submit further evidence to support their claims, which will be reviewed on December 16.
