T-Mobile Galaxy S II overclocked to 1.8GHz

November 4, 2011 By kunal 1 Comment

T-Mobile Galaxy S II

It seems T-Mobile’s Galaxy S II has become the fastest device in the Galaxy S II family. An XDA Developer modder has managed to overclock T-Mobile’s Galaxy S II to a speedy 1.8GHz, which is now available for the daring consumers to try it out.

The kernel supports T-Mobile Galaxy S II’s Qualcomm chipset so it goes without saying Exynos-toting Galaxy S II is not supported.

Samsung makes some great hardware, but until they get up to speed with Android firmware updates they are as useful as a quad-core pentium PC running Windows 3.1.

    Get it together Samsung!
